Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases from the Famous Deluxe online store, owned by Aurelio Waldo Gómez Jiménez (44508211Z), Carrer de Mossèn Femenia 18, 46006 València (España). By placing an order you accept them.

1. Products and prices

Prices are shown in your market's currency and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.

2. Ordering

Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. If a product is unavailable we will contact you to wait, substitute or receive a full refund.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Shopify Payments. Your card is charged when the order is confirmed.

4. Shipping

We ship to Spain, the EU and the countries listed at checkout. See our shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. Exception: for hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty. See the refund policy.

6. Legal guarantee

Products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee (3 years under Spanish law). If a product arrives damaged or faulty, email contact@famousdeluxetattoo.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will replace or refund it.

7. Professional use

Products are formulated for professional use in tattoo studios. Follow the instructions, patch-test if in doubt, keep containers closed and out of reach of children.

8. Customer service

9. Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
