Returns and refunds
14-day right of withdrawal
You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, no questions asked.
Important: for hygiene and safety reasons, sealed cosmetic products are accepted only if the seal is intact and the product is unopened and unused. This does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
How to return
- Email famousdeluxetattoo@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will confirm the return address and instructions.
- Send the product sealed in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or the error is ours.
Refund
Once received and checked, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. The product price and standard delivery cost are refunded; premium delivery options are not.
Damaged or faulty items
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will replace or refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
